チーズはうまい。　ドイツに居た時マルクトでたまに買った。　赤ワインによく合う。　私は、ブルーチーズが好き。　ゴルゴンゾーラも美味い。　イタリアのパルメジアノ・レジアーノも最高。

イタリア人の友人のマルコの実家がパルメザンチーズの工場でISO14000を取得している。　清潔な工場だ。　マルコの兄さんがその近所で店を開いていて、たまにチーズを買いに行くと量を多めにしてくれたり、おみやげをつけてくれる。

この店のモルタデラハムも最高。　太めに切って焼いて食べるとハムステーキ。　塩分が少しきつめでほかほかのライスに合う。　パルメザンの塊は大きくて固いのでワイヤーで切れ込みを入れて切る。　食べ過ぎると元気になる。　パルマプロシュットハムも美味い。　メロンにのせて食べると最高。　白ワインに合う。　ガビドガビ（白ワインの名）。　ハムはサンダ二エールの方がうまい。　プロシュットより塩分が少なくてうまみが多い。　でも塩分が少ないのでパルマプロシュットよりは日持ちしない。

フェイスブックにも友人が増えた。　知らない人もかなり増えた。　マルコも入っている。　元気にしているかな。

又イタリアで美味いもの食いたいな。　地中海キヨジアの魚もうまい。　シタビラメの焼いたのに醤油が合う。　全てマルコと出張で行った所。
