パスタ　美味しい

僕がドイツに9年間居る間にイタリアに何回も行った。　パスタも美味いあの国は。　そこでしんぷるだけどぼくがよく作っていたパスタを紹介します。

イタリアンパスタをゆでます。　3分とか5分とか袋に書いてある時間通りにね。　お湯には塩を適当に入れてください。　沸騰してからパスタを入れます。　　時間が来たら麺の堅さを前歯で噛んでチェック。　ぼくは、麺ゆで専用の長細い鍋を持っています。　　麺をざるにいれて湯切り。　　オリーブ油を引いたフライパンで麺を炒めます。　麺を入れる前にオリーブ油とニンニクのみじん切りを炒めておきます。　　アンチョビと小さく切ったトマトを入れてまぜます。　アンチョビが十分塩からいので、あえて塩はふりません。　バジリコの葉は、ちいさな植木鉢で育てているので、それを摘んで小さくちぎってフライパンにほりこみます。　　麺を味見しておいしかったらできあがり。

あっさりしていてシンプルで美味しいよ。　家内も子供も大喜び。　ぼくは、週末にこれを家族の為に作ってました。　スーパーでミンチ肉を買ってきて炒めて、トマトソースをほりこんでボロネーゼもおいしいよ。

パスタは、麺の種類も豊富。　ペンのかたちをしているからペンネとか。　ニョッキとか。　麺を変えると食感が変わって又美味しい！
