作り方（って程でもないのですが）

材料

🔴パン　どんな形のパンでもいいです
🔴バター　又は　オリーブオイル
🔴マヨネーズ
🔴ハム
🔴チーズ　
🔴アボカド
🔴ピクルス（ペパロンチーニ）

（1）食パンに裏表オリーブオイル又はバターを塗って
フライパンで焼きます
焼かない場合はバター　マヨネーズを塗るだけでＯＫです

（2）裏返して焼けた方に　先ずチーズ　ハム　をのせて　ゆっくり焼きます

もう一切れのパンも同じ様にして両面焼き　サンドイッチにします
チーズが熱くなって半分溶ければ出来上がり

（3）アボカドのスライスと酢漬けのペッパーを挟みます
ペパロンチーニはちょっと辛いです
じいさんは好みではないのでアメリカ人が好む甘いピクルスを入れています
